WErecover, LLC provides telehealth therapy to clients throughout Connecticut. Below you can find information about session rates, insurance, payment options, and Good Faith Estimates so you know what to expect before beginning treatment.

Comprehensive clinical assessment to establish your treatment goals and history.
Initial Intake Session
$250
Individual Psychotherapy
90-minute appointments are offered for clients seeking longer sessions and/or dedicated EMDR processing.
90 min — $300
60 min — $200
45 min — $150
30 min — $100
Family / Couples Session
Family and couples appointments are available as part of an existing client’s treatment plan and are not offered as stand‑alone services.

Insurance & Reimbursement
WErecover, LLC is a private-pay practice and is not in network with insurance companies. This allows treatment decisions to be based on your individual needs and clinical goals rather than insurance requirements.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide documentation that you may submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan, so we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your benefits.
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. A Good Faith Estimate will be provided when required by federal law and may also be requested before scheduling services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the bill.

Payment & Timing
Payment is due in full at the time of each session. Our practice maintains a transparent billing process to ensure you can focus entirely on your recovery journey without administrative uncertainty.
Accepted Methods
We accept all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule. Cancellations made without sufficient notice or missed appointments may be subject to a standard service fee.
